Meet Our Chefs

Have you ever had a Private Chef Experience? We have three amazing chefs who love to come on our Events and they are all very unique in their cooking style.

Scott

Scott has over 18 years of culinary experience under his belt. He has journeyed through the vibrant landscapes of bistro-style cuisine, delved into the rich flavours of Caribbean fare, and has explored the depths of Creole and Cajun cooking.

He finds real beauty in the simplicity of home cooking and the authenticity of street food. His passion lies in crafting mouthwatering dishes that evoke nostalgia and satisfy the soul. From juicy, flavourful burgers to aromatic West Indian curries, his repertoire boasts a fusion of global flavours. He thrive’s on experimenting with exotic meats, with kangaroo reigning as his personal favourite.

Scott has recently played a pivotal role in the opening four vegan restaurants, channeling his creativity into crafting delectable alternatives to meat-based dishes.

Why not try a fully vegan or vegetarian menu?

Marcello

Marcello is an Italian executive development chef and he was head of pasta production for ITV’s chef Gino D’acampo’s restaurant for many years. He’s been private chef and nutrition consultant for various premier leagues football players too. He now has his own established Gastro pub but he loves coming on Wellbeing Walks events so will always prioritise these.

He was born in Italy and he worked with Italian chefs since he was 11. He studied Italian and French cuisine in Switzerland, returning to his beloved home town of Parma to specialise in pasta making. After being a sous chef for 10 years in two 3-Rosette restaurants, he then went on to work in two Michelin- starred restaurants and the acclaimed Italian cooking school Alma – La Scuola Internazionale Di Cucina, where his skills in bakery and pastry were further developed.

We can build a ‘how to make fresh pasta or fresh italian bread from scratch’ session into the event if this is something your team are interested in at no extra cost.

Paul

Paul has been a chef for 28 years and he’s worked with many different restaurants and gastro pubs, cooking all types of food from different countries. He became a head chef in his early 20’s and worked hard to become development chef and operations chef overseeing 30+ restaurants.  Paul has a wide range of experience and his menu options reflect this.

He ran a successful pizza business, cooking pizza out the back of Italian Piaggio van where he travelled around to various festivals, events and weddings.

He enjoys being outside and goes on adventures in his self built camper van all over the UK and Europe which is why he loves working with Wellbeing Walks. You can’t catch him though as he’s  ran many marathons and he’s a black belt in karate!

You can add Pizza to the menu if you want as they are truly perfect and he will even show you how he makes them!
