Hiking, Yoga and Sound Baths in the Peak District

Join us hiking for a day in the Peak District and include a relaxing yoga session and sound bath. 

This is a great option and features a scenic walk with spectacular views of the Peak District. Followed by an overnight stay in a picturesque village with a Yoga session and Sound Bath built in for a real meditative relaxation session.

Itinerary

So what would the hike schedule look like?

10:00 AM: Arrive and enjoy a warm welcome with refreshing beverages and snacks.

10:30 AM: Introductions, safety briefings, and event overview.

10:45 AM: Embark on your chosen walk, led by the experienced team, taking in the beauty of the Peak District.

1:00 PM: Lunch break (packed lunch or pre-arranged local pub or cafe visit based on your preference).

2:00 PM: Continue your walk, enjoying the fresh air and views taking in the local history.

4:00 PM: Return to the venue for some chill out time.

5:00 PM Join a relaxing yoga session led by a trained professional allowing you to stretch out all the muscles used in the walk. ( this can be done outdoors if the weather is nice)

6:30 PM: Enjoy a delicious dinner prepared by a private chef or enjoy a pre-booked meal at a traditional Peak District pub.

8:00 PM: Choose an activity from our diverse menu of options, visit a local pub or just simply relax.

Tuesday Morning Event Schedule

9:00 AM: Start your day with a delicious breakfast.

10:00 AM: Join a relaxing Meditation and Sound Healing session. Yoga Nidra (Deep Rest) is ancient Yogic practice, that is a form of guided meditation and mind-body practice. During this, the body, senses and mind are restored, to bring wholeness and well-being. This state of relaxation and calm prepares you to absorb the healing properties of a full Sound Bath. The vibrations of the Gongs and Crystal & Tibetan Bowls will bring an opportunity to rest in awareness. Inviting you to experience a state of harmony, that leaves you feeling both restored & energised.

12:30 PM: Enjoy a satisfying lunch.

1:30 PM: Depart for home or the office, feeling revitalised and connected. (This day can be extended if desired, based on venue availability and activity choices.)

Any of the additional extras can be built into the schedule, wild swimming, forest bathing, individual massage, a corporate company exercise or even take your dog to work day.

You can choose another location and you can choose any night of the week. The Thursday Night Winddown can be popular and can boost employee morale with a Thursday night getaway, allowing them to return to work or home on Friday feeling fully charged and productive.
