Clare & Jonathan are a married couple with a shared passion for holistic mindfulness practices who help us run Corporate Wellbeing Retreats
Clare is a RYT200 (YA) yoga teacher, with further certificates in Yoga Nidra & Mindfulness Coaching. She is completing her training to be a RYT500 teacher, with extra studies in Pranayama breath work & Nature Based Mindfulness.
Jonny has meditated for a number of years and is a Certified Mediation Coach. On experiencing his first gong bath, his love of music and meditation found a shared home.
Yoga Nidra (Deep Rest) is ancient Yogic practice, that is a form of guided meditation and mind-body practice. During this, the body, senses and mind are restored, to bring wholeness and well-being. This state of relaxation and calm prepares you to absorb the healing properties of a full Sound Bath. The vibrations of the Gongs and Crystal & Tibetan Bowls will bring an opportunity to rest in awareness. Inviting you to experience a state of harmony, that leaves you feeling both restored & energised.
