We ran a walking retreat for one of our favorite clients -First Technology – on a beautiful Glamping Site in the Cotswolds. We stayed in heated wooden pods and cooked an amazing Braii on an open fire in the evening! After the guided hike we ran a craft beer tasting session hosted by the wonderful brewery –DEYA Brewing Company

The next morning we had a soothing yoga session with The Wellness Webb and a big breakfast before all headed home for the weekend.

Sound Baths & Yoga 

• About the Sound Bath – I would of like to do another one!
• Yoga was really needed to stretch out after walking, great intro & I was so pleased it was all seated and nothing complicated.
• Sound bath was really lovely, especially with addition of cacao and the explanations. A really relaxing and grounding experience.
• Enjoyed both- haven’t done a sound bath before and it was great to include other non walking activities.
