We take you outside into the country to enjoy the scenery, but if you look closely there are so many hidden gems like edible plants growing right underfoot.  At Wellbeing Walks we’re thrilled to announce a brand new experience – guided walks with a focus on foraging!

Partnering with an expert forager, we offer walks that combine the well-being benefits of spending time in nature with the fascinating world of wild food. Our knowledgeable guide will lead you through scenic paths, pointing out edible plants, sharing their unique characteristics, and explaining the best ways to harvest them sustainably.

So tell me more about a Foraging Walk?

Foraging isn’t just about finding free food (though that’s a pretty cool perk!). Foraging encourages mindfulness and a deeper appreciation for the natural world. As you learn to identify edible plants, you’ll gain a newfound respect for the incredible diversity that surrounds us. Many wild plants are packed with essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. By incorporating them into your diet, you can add a touch of the wild and give your health a natural boost. Foraged food is the ultimate local and seasonal produce. You’ll be reducing your carbon footprint by enjoying fresh, wild ingredients straight from nature’s bounty.

Our expert guide will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to identify safe and delicious wild edibles and you might just discover a new passion for foraging!

You can easily turn this into an overnight event which will be fully catered with wholesome food and top class accommodation. You can add in other activities such as yoga or soundbaths to real ensure that your team or group leave feeling relaxed.

Any of the additional extras can be built into the schedule, wild swimming, forest bathing, individual massage, a corporate company exercise or even take your dog to work day.

You can choose another location and you can choose any night of the week. The Thursday Night Winddown can be popular and can boost employee morale with a Thursday night getaway, allowing them to return to work or home on Friday feeling fully charged and productive.
