This revitalising option features wild swimming with spectacular views of the Lake District with an optional overnight stay in a great location.

Itinerary

Walking and Wild Swimming in the Lake District

What could be more rejuvenating that a beautiful walk in nature followed by an invigorating wild swim?

Here’s what an example itinerary might look like

10:00 AM: Arrive at the accommodation and enjoy a warm welcome with refreshing beverages and snacks.

10:30 AM: Introductions, safety briefings, and event overview including ensuring everyone has the right kit for the swim.

10:45 AM: Embark on your chosen walk, led by the experienced team, taking in the beauty of the surrounding landscape.

1:00 PM: Lunch break (packed lunch or pre-arranged local pub or cafe visit based on your preference).

2:00 PM: Continue your walk, enjoying the fresh air and amazing views the lake district has to offer. Take an invigorating wild swim (or paddle if you prefer) in a lake or river not too far from the venue.

4:00 PM: Return to the venue for a hot shower and some relaxation and downtime.

6:30 PM: Savor a delicious dinner prepared by a private chef.

8:00 PM: Choose an activity from our diverse menu of options or check out a local pub or quite simply relax.

Day 2 Wellness Schedule (optional)

9:00 AM: Start your day with a delicious cooked breakfast.

10:00 AM: Take a short guided walk, or choose from one of our other activity options such as a yoga session.

12:30 PM: Enjoy a satisfying lunch cooked by the chef.

1:30 PM: Depart for home or the office, feeling revitalized and connected. (This day can be extended if desired, based on venue availability and activity choices.)

Any of the additional extras can be built into the schedule if you choose an overnight stay package. These include, yoga, sound baths, forest bathing, cheese and wine tasting, gin tasting, craft beer tasting, individual massages, a corporate company exercise !
