Corporate Events in the Surrey Hills
The Surrey Hills, designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and recently renamed a National Landscape, is a haven for walkers near London, offering diverse scenery and routes for all walking abilities. It stretches across the North Downs from Farnham to Oxted and includes the Greensand Hills, providing a mix of chalk grassland, ancient woodlands, and heathland.
Box Hill is arguably the most famous, offering challenging climbs and breathtaking panoramic views across the North Downs and the River Mole valley. A popular route is the Box Hill Hike, which includes the famous Stepping Stones across the River Mole.

The Surrey Hills host sections of two major long-distance paths: The North Downs Way National Trail follows the chalk ridge, offering a mix of challenging and easier sections. The Greensand Way follows the sandstone ridge, featuring the high points of Leith Hill and Haslemere.
Walking difficulty ranges from gentle, accessible trails like the Newlands Corner Acorn Trail and routes at Winkworth Arboretum, perfect for families, to challenging long-distance hikes such as the 7.4-mile Box Hill Hike or the 15.8-mile Gomshall to Dorking route.
