Key elements of forest bathing include slow and deliberate walks through the forest, taking in the sights, sounds, and smells of the natural surroundings. Participants are encouraged to engage their senses fully, paying attention to the rustling of leaves, the scent of the trees and the feel of the earth beneath their feet.
